Optimist Flags for Education Application

Flags 4 Education Donates 50% of each flag subscription to local Charities that assist in Youth Education programs and the other 50% to Scholarship funding awards through the Sawnee Cumming Optimist Club for all students in Forsyth County Schools. The Board of Directors for Flags 4 Education determines the eligibility of each local program to fund annually.
Supporting Flags for education means you are helping our youth here in Forsyth County. For an annual payment of $50 our team of volunteers will put a flag in front of your home or office on 6 National Flag Holidays. Please read and complete our attached form for full details and list of holidays. Let us do all the work and help us help others.

As of November 2023 any flag requests at all locations we must approve first before we can send you an invoice with a payment link through PayPal. All payments can be made by Credit Card through PayPal or by check and mailed to current address on the form. We need more Flag volunteers before we can sell any new flag subscriptions.
