2026 GOLF TOURNAMENT
Our 14th Annual CHOA and Sawnee Cumming Optimist Club Charity Golf Tournament
will be held May 18, 2026 at Crystal Falls Lake & Golf Community!
Planning for a 09:30 AM Shotgun start.
- 8:00 am to 9:00 am – Registration
- 8:00 am to 9:00 am – Range Open
- 9:00 am to 9:20 am – Announcements
- 9:20 am – Proceed to Designated Holes
- 09:30 am – Shotgun Start
We have enjoyed our partnership with Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and will continue to raise funds and awareness to the community to battle all types of Childhood Cancers. This annual fundraiser includes golfers from all levels. We are hoping for 160 Golfers in 2026.

Title Event Sponsor $6,000
– includes your logo on 12 Golf Shirts given to your 3 teams, a tee box sign and flag at the hole for you to keep with company logo, Sponsor recognition by DJ and at the Awards Ceremony, (2) four person team of golfers, green fees, cart and food, plus 2 Super Tickets and 2 Raffle Tickets for all 12 golfers.
Champion Event Sponsor $4,250
– includes your logo on 8 Golf Shirts given to your 2 teams, a tee box sign and flag at the hole for you to keep with company logo, Sponsor recognition by DJ and at the Awards Ceremony, (2) four person team of golfers, green fees, cart and food, plus Raffle tickets and Super Tickets for all 8 golfers.
Beverage Cart Sponsor $3,000
– includes your logo on all Beverage Carts, a tee box sign with company logo, Sponsor recognition by DJ and at the Awards Ceremony, (2) four person team of golfers, green fees, cart and food, plus Raffle ticket for all 4 golfers.
Platinum Package $2,200
– includes tee box sign with company logo, a flag at the hole, (2) four person team of golfers, green fees, cart and food, plus Raffle ticket for all 8 golfers. ($240 saving).
Hole In One Sponsor
– Hole in One sponsorship will be a team of 4 who play for free with the purchase of their own insurance policy to cover the chance that someone does get a hole in one.
We will need to know what item you are giving away in the event someone does get a hole in one. Each player will receive 1 Raffle ticket per golfer.
Gold Package $1,200
– includes tee box sign with company logo, a team flag at the hole, (1) four person team of golfers, green fees, cart and food. Each player will receive 1 Raffle ticket per golfer.
Flag at the Hole Sponsor $500
– Corporate Flag at Hole with your Logo plus the Optimist and CHOA’s Logo that will be given back to you to display in your place of business.
Individual Entry $250
– includes all regular golf activities and 1 Raffle ticket.
Team of Four Entry $1,000
– includes all regular golf activities and 4 Raffle tickets.
Raffle tickets are available:
- from Carolynn or any club member.
- Tickets are $5 each or three tickets for $10.
- Super Tickets are available for $30.00
- Purchasers will be eligible to win a variety of prizes and do not need to be present to win.
* Super Tee Buster 2 Max per player – 4 Team Members must purchase to activate coin
If you purchased the super tee buster package. Only on the par 5’s one player may
proceed to the 150 yard marker for your tee shot. However, you must turn in
your poker chip to the volunteers on that hole. There are no other tee busters
on the course. If you desire to use another chip you may.
NO MULLIGANS on Super Tee Buster Shot.
